1. Quick Check-in with Member Reminder
On the member’s profile, the top right “CHECK-IN” button allows for your own coach notes, as well as the option to select “Send Reminder” and add notes direct to the member which will then send a notification and appear in their Member App.
2. Quick Send Reminder to Multiple Members
If you want to send a group message to more than one member, head over to the Member Listing.
You can select as many members as you like here, then choose from the actions menu, “SEND REMINDER” where you can add a title and message which will then send a notification and appear in their Member App.
